Our Team
Maitri Raval
Lawyer, POSH and POCSO Consultant
Maitri is a Law and Social Work B.S.W LL.B (Hons.) graduate from Gujarat National Law University (GNLU) and is a member of the Bar Council. She also has a master’s degree in Business Law (LL.M) and is an IMI Qualified Mediator.
She’s also an arts-based therapy practitioner certified by the Indian Institute of Psychology and Research. Currently, she is a POSH and POCSO Trainer, Advisor and an External Committee Member for corporates. She has created awareness and has built legal competencies amongst more than 1,00,000 employees in India and overseas and has provided her guidance and support to more than 50 organizations as an External Member.
In 2022, she was felicitated by the then Union Law Minister Mr. Kiren Rijiju for her work in the area of POSH and other labour laws.
She’s also an arts-based therapy practitioner certified by the Indian Institute of Psychology and Research. Currently, she is a POSH and POCSO Trainer, Advisor and an External Committee Member for corporates. Shiksha Raval
Educator, POCSO Consultant
Shiksha is an MA Education graduate from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. She has seasoned experience in developing a Socio-Emotional Learning (SEL) integrated curriculum for K-12 students.
She possesses expertise in sensitizing school leaders and teachers towards building safe and inclusive spaces for children. She has been trained in developing and facilitating sessions of sensitive nature. Her creative public speaking skills and convivial personality add to her staggering credentials.
